LAY-A-WAY PROCEDURE
Merchandise in excess of $100.00 may be placed on Lay-a-way for a period of up to 90 days. A deposit of 25% may be placed on MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS. An additional 25% will be charged to the usable credit card every 30 days until paid in full. LAY-A-WAYS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED FOR REFUND, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT AFTER 7 DAYS OF INITIAL DEPOSIT. We may offer extended layaway in some cases. Ask what we can offer you!

SPECIAL ORDERS
Merchandise in excess of $100.00 requires a "Reservation" deposit of 25% on availability of merchandise. Merchandise less than $100.00 requires a "Reservation" deposit of 100% on availability of merchandise. Upon notification of merchandise availability total balance is due within 10 days. We can work with you on extended delivery on dolls especially early in the year. Please ask what we can do for you! SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALES and may not be cancelled for refund, exchange to credit. Should merchandise become unavailable, all "Reservation" deposits will be refunded.

TERMS OF SALE
Special Orders, Sale Items, and Lay-a-ways are not returnable. All listed prices are subject to change.

THE DOLLERY WARRANTY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may write or call within thirty (7) days from receipt for authorization number for immediate credit, refund or exchange (provided returned merchandise is in saleable condition and within our store policy terms as listed above).

SHIPPING
Merchandise purchases at full retail price in excess of $500.00 are prepaid unless otherwise noted. Any purchase for merchandise under $500.00 will be charged a minimum $15.00 for shipping, handling and insurance. A flat fee of $15.00 will be charged on all show or sale priced dolls to cover shipping, handling and insurance. A $15.00 per piece charge for shipping and handling will be charged on all secondary market or consignment merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable and all returns will be refused if THE DOLLERY authorization number is not on the outside of the package.
