Susan Krey Bio: Susan is famous for her "Krey babies" which have been among the "cover girls" on the national magazines and at the tops of the Doty and Dolls Award of Excellence lists for years. She is a world renowned doll artist who is best known for her work in wax over porcelain which seems to capture the realistic warm glow of real children. Susan was born and raised in London and she currently resides in Washington state. Her love of bringing up her children sparked an innate creativity in her as far back as 1981 when she began creating beautiful small limited edition dolls in porcelain and wax over porcelain.
