This talented German artist uses real children as models for her dolls. Her work was in high demand in the early nineties and she attended a couple of our doll shows. As far as we know she is no longer making dolls and selling them in the US. Inge use to say whenever she saw a picture of an interesting looking child in a newspaper or magazine, she would cut it out and use it when creating her dolls. She would sometimes choose eyes from one child, and teeth from another thus creating a child of her own. This is one of the reasons Inge's dolls have such personality and look so very real. Inge created one of a kinds, and small limited edition dolls in porcelain with cloth bodies.
