This is the character Charlie Chaplin played in his first 1915 silent film "The Little Tramp." 

 Tania did an amazing job right down to his shoes that are carved from wood, she then drilled holes so she could lace the shoes up with leather laces. 

He stands 24" tall, 13 moveable joints and is also musical, he plays "If I were a Rich Man".
